Set in a quiet rural location, Tynlon is a traditional stone cottage that just needs some TLC to bring it right up to date. With the addition of a garden, a large paddock and 2 outbuildings it's definitely one to consider.

Enjoying a beautiful rural position with far reaching views of the surrounding hillsides and the sea, Tynlon is a traditional stone built cottage that has been extended in the past but is now in need of someone to come along and upgrade it to todays' modern standards. The accommodation briefly consists of a generous size Lounge that features a vaulted ceiling and a stunning stone Inglenook fireplace. Off the Lounge is a ground floor Double Bedroom. To the side, in a large flat roof extension is a light and spacious Kitchen that is fitted with a range of painted wooden units, with a tiled work surface. Beyond the Kitchen is a part tiled, ground floor Bathroom with a laminated floor and a useful airing cupboard. Located in the roof space, above the ground floor bedroom, is a good size Double Bedroom that is accessed via a steep loft ladder. Outside, immediately in front of the property is a spacious off road parking area, as well as a good size garden area with the added bonus of a full size Static caravan. To the rear is an attached stone barn that still retains the original feeding pens. In addition there is also a large paddock with roadside access and a huge detached steel outbuilding that is ideal for the storage of large machinery. All in all, with some upgrading and general maintenance here is a great property that offers so much potential.
